Matching grants are being offered to United Methodist conferences and local churchs to conduct local and regional Igniting Ministry television campaigns. Grants will be offered three times a year -- during Lent, Back-to-School and Advent -- using TV commercials produced and furnished by UMCom which support the national campaign. Grants are awarded based on the approved media buy. All requests are matched dollar-for-dollar to a maximum of $50,000 per round. Completed applications are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Igniting Ministry will provide one tape master and customization at no cost to matching grant recipients. UMCom has designated an advertising-agency-of-record. If you decide to use a different agency, we can provide selection criteria but all outside media proposals must be reviewed by Igniting Ministry before funds are granted.
